1. Agreement

By subscribing to our Cable TV and Internet services, the customer (“You”) agrees to comply with the terms outlined below. This agreement is between the customer and [Your Company Name] (Internet and Cable TV Deals).

2. Service Activation

Services will be activated after successful sign-up, verification, and installation.

Service availability depends on your location and network coverage.

3. Equipment

Any equipment (set-top box, modem, router, DVR, etc.) provided remains the property of the Company unless purchased.

The customer is responsible for the safe use of equipment. Damage, loss, or misuse may result in repair/replacement charges.

4. Billing & Payment

Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are due by the billing date.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Promotional offers (e.g., free installation or discounted rates) are valid only for the specified period. Standard rates apply after the promotional period ends.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees not to resell, redistribute, or misuse the services.

Illegal use (piracy, hacking, unauthorized sharing) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

The customer must provide accurate contact and billing information and notify the Company of any changes.

6. Service Quality & Limitations

The Company aims to provide uninterrupted services but does not guarantee 100% uptime.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

Internet speeds and channel line-ups may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Cancellation & Termination

Customers may cancel services by providing at least 30 days written notice.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse.

All company-owned equipment must be returned upon cancellation. Unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

The Company respects customer privacy and will not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.

Usage data may be collected for improving services.

9. Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or misuse.

The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for one month of service.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
